I am a psychiatrist (M.D.) practicing mostly in corrections and developmental disabilities. This is my personal site, and I write about whatever I feel inspired to discuss each week. Usually I post 2-3 times per week. I try to keep a common thread of correctional issues going every few posts, but I also like to discuss general psychiatric and general medical topics.
