		<description>It is very obvious that there are many sick people in the prison system and the prisons here in the US have become the new mental hospitals.  You can not punish a person into being well.  prison guards are not educated in helping the mentally ill.  We take many people who do not belong in the prison system that are clearly on the brink-edge of a disaster and once inside they are pushed over that cliff.  It is very sad and tragic.</description>
