		<description>Good queries!!  I struggle with this as well.  Typically patients without financial means for laboratory monitoring will consent anyway, knowing the risks.  My hope is that in time they can be eligible for Medicaid or potentially other alternative to cover these costs, especially if these are medications are going to be used for the long term (with short term use I think we all can breath a little easier!).</description>
