This is very interesting.  &quot;Keep your eye on the ball&quot; and &quot;Do not resist what is&quot;- is interesting. I found number 6 of particular interest.  I would think staff should behave rationally.  I would think they would be aware of these things, and conduct themselves accordingly.  Their task is not an easy one within this community.

After reading this, I find most of these things to fit  the secular world.  Just watch &quot;Survivor&quot; to see how survival of the fittest works.

You constantly peak my interest in your observations.</description>
