"Keep your eye on the ball" and "Do not resist what is"- is interesting. I found number 6 of particular interest. I would think staff should behave rationally. I would think they would be aware of these things, and conduct themselves accordingly. Their task is not an easy one within this community. After reading this, I find most of these things to fit the secular world. Just watch "Survivor" to see how survival of the fittest works. You constantly peak my interest in your observations.
